FACTS ABOUT THE CBN MICROFINANCE LOAN

 The interest rate for the loan is 9% per year
 It requires no collateral (Collateral free)You do not need to register your business with CAC before you can apply. However, your business needs to be registered before you submit your business plan. This is because your registered business document is part of the required documentation to be submitted. You also need this document to open a corporate account where the loan will be disbursed too.
 You would need the expertise of a professional to fill the Microsoft Office Excel Worksheet financial model that is required to be filled by the NIRSAL Micro-Finance Bank. This is advised.

 The loan process has been made seamless, friendly and optimal. Hence, the loan application
to access to loan should not exceed ten weeks.

 The loan system is interactive. Loans are paid to the company accounts of beneficiaries
while unsuccessful candidates are feedback on their status.
 Loans are expected to be paid in 7 years. However, 2 years moratorium is given. This brings
the repayment process to 9 years.
